Why this exists
The best conversations I've had with people who build things didn't happen at conferences or on panels. They happened later, over coffee and good food, once everyone had stopped performing.
Off Hours is an attempt to make more of those mornings on purpose. A handful of people who don't know each other yet, around one table on a Sunday, with nowhere else to be.
No talks. No name tags. No going around the table saying what you do. Just breakfast.
The basics

Nobody is selling, hiring or fundraising at this table. If something comes of it later, great. It just doesn't start here.
What's said at breakfast stays at breakfast. It's the only way people will say what they really think.
How it works
A few short questions. The one that matters most is what's been on your mind lately.
I read every request myself and seat people who'll actually enjoy each other. It can take a while — there are only a few seats.
A date, a café, and a rough idea of who else is coming. Just show up hungry.
